Floral aromas of Tahitian vanilla whet the senses for the tart brightness of black currant, quickly tempered by the savory roundness of vanilla beans on the mid-palate. Currant War was brewed with violet flowers steeped in the boil for a lingering finish of soft earth and early-summer sweetness.
