Introducing Misirlou, our take on a Hawaiian Sunset cocktail, reimagined as a wild ale. This beer is the brilliant creation of our production lead, Santos, who developed the concept and the final blend.
Built from beers aged on second-use apricots and olallieberries, then layered with the nutty, marzipan-like character of noyaux, it’s truly a unique beer. An infusion of lemon and lime provides a bright, citric lift, while conditioning on pomegranate molasses adds a final touch of depth. Expect intriguing aromas of grenadine and hazelnut, a balanced acidity, and a unique fruity flavor that reminds us of a white gummy bear. It’s Santos’s vision, and it’s a tiki bar in a can.
