Radiant Beer Co. and St. Michael's Abbey joined forces to celebrate four much venerated saints: this is the ABBEY SERIES. Our third entry, Sanctus Michael Archangelus, is a spiritually-crafted 10% Tripel. A golden yellow-hued body emerges with a healthy white head, anointing aromas of ripe apple, black pepper, and clove, predominantly from the Belgian-yeast character, but lifted up by spicy, herbal noble flavor amongst delicate baked bread. Each sip is warming and fruit forward, finishing bone-dry but with a slight perception of sweetness from an estery, peppery backbone. Come drink like the monks of new.
