Light, tart, fruity (passion fruit & apricot) and refreshing like the morning dew on a blooming Desert Willow. Extremely sessionable with balanced acidity to maintain a high level of drinkability, as Berliner Weisse should be. This German wheat beer was soured in the kettle with lactobacillus for a short period of time before being boiled, giving it a clean and crisp acidity (unlike our funky barrel aged sour beer). Great for drinking on a hot summer day in Atascadero.
