A Vienna Lager was the style that made assistant brewer Kayla Morrow first fall in love with beer. So when the time came for her to start developing her own recipe it made perfect sense to start with a Vienna. With a beautiful amber color, bright lightly floral aromas, and delicate malt flavor, this beer is crisp and easy drinkin. We chose the name Raise a Toast, an homage to the tradition of raising a glass of good beer to toast with friends as well as the name of Kayla’s rabbit, Toast!
