Brewed in Brussel, Belgium, this saison was aged for three yeas in oak and dry hopped before bottling, and follows saison tradition where a portion of old sour beer was added to provide vinous depth. The source of that old sour beer? Another Brussels based brewery by the name of Brasserie Cantillon! Light and spritzy at 6.0% ABV, with distinct notes of dry saison and funky lambic. Notes of ripe green apple, spring flowers, plenty of oak, and a pleasantly musty depth. There's a lot to take in here, so sit back and enjoy the flavor extravaganza as it dances across your tongue. Orange blossom and lemon on the nose, not as tart as all that may sound, the dry hopping does wonders for balance.
