Tasting Notes: Oak, cereal grain, honey, candied lemon peel and white flowers
Production Notes: Saison du Rosier is our homage to Saison DuPont and other classic Belgian farmhouse beers. Much as we love them though, Saison du Rosier has a personality all it’s own. This farmhouse ale is fermented in oak barrels like all our beers, and we’re looking for the barrels to contribute flavor and complexity to the beer.
