“Highway Hypnosis” is a collaboration rooted in history with our friends over at Pathfinder Brewery based out of Texas. Owner & Head Brewer Eric Addison was both a friend and mentor to our Head Brewer David Hall and started him on his journey in brewing. Since Pilsner is a style that is near and dear to our hearts… (and most brewers LOL!)... it seemed a natural fit. This golden blonde Pilsner pours with a bright white head and looks beautiful in a glass. They both agreed that Dry-hopping with Nelson Sauvin & Grungeist would make a stellar duo. Lending an aromatic nose of white grapes from the Nelson and lemongrass from the Grungeist they were proven correct. Flavors of citrus & ripe concord grapes along with herbaceous and earthy notes are followed by a crisp and dry finish.
