We wanted to make a simple beer that felt a little special. We used 20% corn and just a touch of dark roasted malt in the grist to create a deep amber lager with an off-white head. You’ll notice aromas of toasted malt, toffee & a hint of fruit. Take a swig and enjoy the toasty, bready flavors with a touch of corn sweetness that still finishes nicely dry & crisp. It could pair perfectly with a burger or brat, but this isn’t really a beer designed for examining & pairing; it’s a beer for drinking, particularly with good company.
