Krieking In The Attic is a deep red, Wild Ale brewed with Pilsner, Raw Wheat, Spelt, and aged for over a year in neutral oak barrels. Transferred to a mass of bing cherries grown by A & A Dasso Family Farms, in Stockton, CA, then processed in-house to a sticky mash. After re-fermentation and extensive maturation the liquid teaming with our house culture was packaged and further conditioned for carbonation and finishing, Enjoy a local attempt at a Belgian-Style Kriek.
