A soft, yet firm green olive filled with the creamiest blue cheese you've ever tasted! This is our only stuffed olives which are canned in olive oil. Not only does this preserve the blue cheese, it adds a richness to the flavor, but it's not greasy.
One of our favorite things to do is to add a drop of one of Nuvo's Aged Balsamic Vinegars. A drop of the hickory smoke balsamic into the cheese makes for an explosive flavor!
Sevillano olives are slowly cured for 10 months in a brine of salt, water, and distilled wine vinegar. Great for martini's, cocktails, salads, or as a great snack!
