OEC Dubbel Ale with raisins 12oz can
7.4% abv – Our holiday ale brewed with raisins. Our Belgian style Dubbel is brewed using authentic Belgian Pilsener, Munich and specialty malts and hopped using Styrian Golding. The raisins were soaked for 2 days in our barley wine prior to being added to the coolship. Finally the beer undergoes a warm fermentation using a classic Belgian Trappist yeast strain.
