ALL THE WORLD'S A PEACH, and all the Witbiers merely players. Willy Shakes had a point with that astute and definitely historically-accurate beer-based sonnet; we really should fruit more witbiers. At least this latest sipper is ready for the solstice, with an incredibly refreshing stonefruit twist on our already-bright wit base. A bright unfiltered yellow-orange pour opens up a proverbial planet on your palate; peach of course, but also citrus, hints of pepper, and Kern's nectar, with a slightly tart acidity that zings through the sweetness.
