We went SEARCHING FOR PARTS on a westbound voyage featuring our friends from ISM Brewing in Long Beach. And while we may not have found the very mechanics to get us back in orbit, we did find a killer New Zealand-style West Coast IPA recipe. It’s a big, fruity barrage of NZ Hop Character, derived from Nelson, Nectaron, NZ Cascade, and Krush, helped along with a little Citra and Citra Cryo. The parts put out some particularly pungent pineapple, guava, and ripe peach, amplified by some nice citrus components. Come join the search today.
