Its unfiltered pale appearance comes from a mixed malt bill including Admiral Pils and malted Yolo Gold wheat, unmalted wheat from Durst Family Farms, and a touch of oats. Its classic fruity ester essences are thanks to the traditional Bavarian Weizen yeast strain, and its subtle spice from the Noble hop. Expect aromas of pink bubble gum and banana, and a world of flavors like banana bread, bright citrus and subtle clove.
